Silvern Lakes Trail

Location: Hudson Bay Mountain Range (30 minutes from Smithers)
Race type: There and back (short & long routes)

Short Route (turnaround at the saddle)
Distance:
18.4 km.
Elevation gain: 1000 m.

Long Route (turnaround at the glacier lookout)
Distance:
23.4 km.
Elevation gain: 1450 m.

Safety

There will be SXS at the saddle — SAR or firefighters. First aid stations will be located at the start of the race, at the saddle, and at the summit. These stations will provide basic first aid.
